Selection Process
Selection includes three stages:
Stage 1 – Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Height & chest verification
- Document verification
Stage 2 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Salary / Remuneration
Home Guards are volunteers, not permanent employees.
They receive daily honorarium (currently approx. ₹977 per day) when called for duty.
